Working with Tammy was a pleasure from the moment we started. As a first time home buyer there was a lot of questions we had and Tammy was always available to go above and beyond answering those questions. She fought hard for us every step of the way and my oh my did she deliver. I will always work with Tammy for any future home buys.
Personable, listened, asked questions, very responsive Not sure where to start, but Tammy’s professionalism, easy to talk with, she listened about what we wanted. If we needed more information she was right on it, and honest about what she found out. We found a house within 5 days, and closed within a couple of eeeks after. Would recommend her to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Tammy on the sale of my house in Melbourne. She was very professional and easy to work with. We were able to work through any issues that came up easily and quickly and she was always positive and upbeat during our conversations. I look forward to working with her again soon.
Tammy is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the process. She has a good eye for details that a buyer might miss, like finding evidence of termites in one home I viewed and possible roof problems in another. If a home was going to require too much work, she would tell me and let me move on to the next home. The offer, contingency, and sale process was seamless; Tammy had the paperwork in by the end of the day, everything was digitized, so I could review and sign all docs at home, and she responded quickly to any questions that I had. If someone from the HOA or the lender wasn't getting back to me on a question I had, Tammy was quick to contact them and have them respond. I can't thank Tammy enough; anyone who she represents can feel confident that they're in good hands.

Tammy Brown is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She knows the market and is completely networked in Brevard County to provide trustworthy referrals for each stage of the home-buying process, including post-close needs. Tammy worked long hours to help me find a home in an extremely competitive market and she moved quickly when the right property became available. Her professionalism and relationship with realtors across the county is her secret sauce in getting things done successfully. I am so grateful I found Tammy Brown. I felt like I went through the process with a friend who truly cared about what was best for me.
Tammy is the perfect realtor. She is knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and always has a positive attitude and a smile no matter what obstacles arise. I’m so glad I met her by accident at our local Publix and found the perfect realtor on the spot.
Above and beyond Tammy worked with me and went the extra mile to ensure my experience was flawless. She continues to guide me through the homeownership process and I’m so glad to have her as a lifelong resource and friend.
