There are a lot of realtors in FL these days, but Tammy really goes above an beyond. I got connected with her by my lender, and she was by far the best part of my home buying experience. Tammy helped protect us as first time home buyers, and was very transparent during the whole process. She went to bat for us during every part of the process - putting in offers at 10pm, pulling comps to negotiate property tax escrow, getting all of our asks and more post inspection, and getting seller to give us credit toward closing costs. She stayed on top of our lender and made things as smooth as possible for us. She drove 45 minutes out of her way just to let us take measurements of a few things before closing. She was always prompt to respond and is absolutely the reason we went from loan approval to move-in in a month. She treated us like family, and I am so thankful to her!

Tammy Brown was the best. Always there. When she wasn't she made sure there was someone there for me. I have moved four times in my sixty seven years and she is the best agent ever. When it came to crunch time because of our age we won't able to move as fast, She was there For 2 days Helping us pack and load. As far as we are Concerned she went Way beyond her call of duty.
