Tammy Brown was the best. Always there. When she wasn't she made sure there was someone there for me. I have moved four times in my sixty seven years and she is the best agent ever. When it came to crunch time because of our age we won't able to move as fast, She was there For 2 days Helping us pack and load. As far as we are Concerned she went Way beyond her call of duty. Also she priced my house write on the noise. I told her what I want for the house and she priced It above that and I got it. Tammy really knows her business. We were her main concern.

We found Tammy by some miracle! From start to finish and all the the little bumps in between, Tammy was with our family every step of the way through the home buying process. We never even saw our house in person prior to buying it, however, we had complete faith and trust in Tammy that the decision we were making was solid. She knew what we wanted in a home to suit our family and what our must haves were. She did not disappoint. I felt like I was working with a long time friend the whole time. She is very caring but also a top notch and experienced professional. We could not have asked for more! She made buying a house seem so easy — even while doing it all from out of state. She helped make our dream of calling the Sunshine State “home” come true.

Tammy is phenomenal!!! Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. She talked us through every single detail. She answered all my questions and answered all my calls and texts. She is extremely personable and the sweetest woman.

Tam was so with us. We were second time home buyers, but first in florida we are fr NM so didn't know the areas well, she's a glorida native and knew exactly the good and bad spots which was a big help.
