Tammy was an absolute godsend and a true angel for our transaction. As sellers from out of state, we had zero idea about the area and how to handle this transaction. Tammy was a complete professional, had great local knowledge and insight, and even worked with us while we were briefly overseas during the process. I cannot thank her enough for all of her guidance during this time. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
Tamm was an amazing help to us both! She knew all the ins and the outs, having had experience as an insurance agent in a past life as well as being an avid DIY home renovator in her free time she and her team were able to greatly help us make the right decision on a home so that we could get a house that would meet our budget as well as our skill level! We plan on keeping touch with Tamm and will be sure to work with her again on our next purchase!
Tammy was great to work with. She picked up on my taste, developed a great list of homes in my price range. She really followed up and communicated consistently. Genuinely sincere and welcoming, wish I could buy another house with her!
As a 5th generation Florida native, Tammy knows all the ins and outs, she was such an incredibly valuable part of my team when my family was looking to move to Florida from out of state. Questions about schools, parks, crime, things to do? There’s nothing Tammy can’t answer! She is so educated and up to date on all there is to know about Florida. Tammy was so helpful and flexible in helping my family find something that fit our specific and ever changing needs. I felt like she really understood us as homebuyers and what we were looking for, now I know that I would trust her to pick out a house for us without even seeing it. She was available to us all hours of the days for our never ending questions as first time homebuyers. Tammy treated us with kindness and respect always! She would truly go to bay for her clients. She was able to provide expert advice about the potentiality of homes we were looking at. Tammy is so incredibly professional, smart, confident, understanding, and kind, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Even following us moving into the house, Tammy continues to check in with us and be available to us for everything. So grateful to have stumbled upon her and received the pleasure of working with her to find a house we truly love, and gained a friendship along the way!! Thank you Tammy!!! ❤️
Tammy Brown was the best. Always there. When she wasn't she made sure there was someone there for me. I have moved four times in my sixty seven years and she is the best agent ever. When it came to crunch time because of our age we won't able to move as fast, She was there For 2 days Helping us pack and load. As far as we are Concerned she went Way beyond her call of duty. Also she priced my house write on the noise. I told her what I want for the house and she priced It above that and I got it. Tammy really knows her business. We were her main concern.
We found Tammy by some miracle! From start to finish and all the the little bumps in between, Tammy was with our family every step of the way through the home buying process. We never even saw our house in person prior to buying it, however, we had complete faith and trust in Tammy that the decision we were making was solid. She knew what we wanted in a home to suit our family and what our must haves were. She did not disappoint. I felt like I was working with a long time friend the whole time. She is very caring but also a top notch and experienced professional. We could not have asked for more! She made buying a house seem so easy — even while doing it all from out of state. She helped make our dream of calling the Sunshine State “home” come true.
Tammy was wonderful and kind, she's always been very interactive with me. I would recommend Tammy to all my friends and family.
So we met Tammy at a house that was listed. It wasn’t very good and Tammy actually listened to what I was looking for. The next place she showed us was spot on! She made us feel like she had our backs during the multiple walkthroughs. And handled the bidding for us. She answered every text, and phone calls and was completely honest and reassuring. It was a pleasure to work with Tammy! I only gave her 5 stars because that’s all it would let me. I highly recommend Tammy for your next house.
Tamm Brown was able to make magic happen by finding us the perfect home on the Central Coast of Florida, on short notice and with unusual circumstances occurring almost daily. Tamm’s knowledge, skill and professionalism pares well with her awesome sense of humor and ability to bring calm whenever needed (more magic) . Tamm is well respected by all the other professionals I interacted with. It’s a pleasure to know such a special human.
Tamm goes above and beyond for her clients. She made one of the most stressful events of my life 100x easier in so many ways. She CARES about her clients and their needs. I will forever be grateful for her.
Answered all calls and was available when I called anytime day or night
