My mom and I started looking at homes in Florida from Virginia, and Tamm Brown was recommended to us. She found out our desire for a home and set up some filters for us to start seeing some interesting offerings in Cocoa and surrounding areas. We started looking at the various homes and sort of “scoring” them in order of our interest and keeping Tamm informed about what we were interested in. Tamm would visit the homes and do a video chat showing us the property, inside and out. Our budget was tight and we were particular on the location, which made the search even more difficult. We were almost to the point deciding now just isn't the time and finally it happened, the winning house came on the market. Tamm walked us through the process the whole way and advocated for us as you would hope and expect a realtor to do. Since we were from Virginia, we had a difficult time getting to all the different things required for home buyers to do, so Tamm even helped with that, scheduling and being present for various things we couldn’t be there for. All through the sales process, she was there for us, and when we finally closed remotely, I may add, she helped with that as well. After we moved in, Tamm helped with a few other things and made sure we were happy with the home. We cannot recommend Tamm enough if you are looking for a great agent! You won’t be disappointed.
Over the past 50 years, i have bought and sold may homes. I was so lucky to have Tamm working with me to find a home in Florida. Being in Virginia, she was my eyes, very critical eyes I might add, I trusted her experience and knowledge of the area. Tammy was such a huge help in not only finding my home, but connecting me with her extensive network and educating me on the home buying process.
