Tammi assisted me with the sale of my parent's house. She did an incredible job helping me. There were many tasks that I did not know were required...County water inspection, radon inspection and HVAC. She knew who to contact and gave a list of resources. She was very knowledgeable about the area and market. Did a fine job arranging showings. If you have questions or anything anytime during the process, she is very quick to respond. Even on weekends. In our case, it took only a few months from the day I met her to the sale. Tammi is someone you can really count on!
