Tammi had contacted my husband and I minutes after submitting a request online. She was not even at home, in fact she was on vacation and still contacted us that quickly. She is easy to talk to. Being first time home-sellers we found her to be very encouraging and her knowledge put us at ease. By midnight that night she already had some essentials for getting our house on the market completed. The next day she listed as coming soon and when she was back from vacation a few days later we did a photo op and officially hit the market. We accepted an offer on our house in one day! We couldn't have done it without her efforts. During the inspection and negotiations that followed she stuck up for us when needed while still providing realistic expectations at the same time. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
Tammi was absolutely everything we could have asked for in a realtor. From her guidance through the process as a whole, knowledge of the Ann Arbor area, and looking out for our best interest, she made the buying process incredibly easy. She was able to get us into houses at the drop of a hat, and was always available for a call or text. Not to mention she's a great negotiator and can't believe we ended up with the deal we got. Our experience was a little different because we live in Arizona and our Dad's house was in Michigan. Tammi and her husband came to our Dad's house and met with us to go over the details of selling the house. They were very helpful and informative on the process of selling and what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale. We hit a few "stumbling blocks" along the way but Tammi did everything within her power to clear the way for the sale to take place. She kept us informed of every detail throughout the sale process. Tammi was amazing! She help me through the difficult process of selling my house and finding a new one! My favorite thing about Tammi is that she 100% always has her clients best interests in mind. She really listens to what you’re looking for and works hard to find the vet match! I also really appreciated that she made sure to point out potential issues she saw with house and would take notes to factor those into any potential offers. From the beginning Tammi provided us with clear feedback on preparing our home of 33 years for sale. She provided referrals who did some painting, etc. at really reasonable prices. In the end our home sold for over our asking price in less than 2 days on the market. She and Dick were great.
