Being first time homebuyers, my husband and I had no idea what we were doing. We literally googled everything prior to finding a realtor. And I was beyond pleased with having found Tammi. She was the first person we met with and I instantly felt that I could trust her from the first moment. She and her husband, Richard Ebenhoeh, were kind and knowledgeable and I am so appreciative of how they taught us about the process and worked with us even while they were on vacation! Our process went so fast from looking at the first house to putting in an offer and the fact that they were willing to work on their first vacation in years really spoke to me about how dedicated and supportive they were. Even after we had closed on the house and had to wait a month to move in – (the people living there were not easy!) She still made sure we were up to date and helped us until we got the keys. Both Tammi and Richard went above and beyond even after we got the keys and helped us haul out a bunch of garbage the previous owners left behind. Guys – they literally hauled garbage just to help us get settled! That’s huge in a world where most people view their jobs as transactional and don’t care about what happens after the sale. I cannot recommend these two enough! If you are looking for people who truly care about helping you find a home, and know the area well, you cannot find anyone better!

very helpful and able to work around our busy schedule by meeting us at the house and picking up paperwork . if tammi was not available she made sure someone was like her husband or daughter. tammi was able to keep all of the closing and loan on time and very easy to work with. i will definitely be using her to sell my house this summer. i have great confidence that she will sell it fast and professional.
