I can’t say enough great things about Tabetha! We weren’t even sure what we wanted or where we wanted to live. She paid attention to everything we said and adjusted the search more than once! She was so professional and answered all of our questions. She responded to calls and text almost immediately and I don’t think there is any question about buying a house that she couldn’t answer. 10/10 recommend!!!

I have found when using a real estate agent you really need someone that do three things well - research the market for the seller or buyer. This means getting reasonable comparisons for pricing and purchasing. It is imperative that the agent provides communication throughout the process. Not having strong communication creates worlds of problems and following through the entire process to the end of the relationship.
