I believe we had four showings and one preview in the first five days. Paula was always in constant contact with us about the process and gave us plenty of time before each showing. Because of Paula’s hard work and persistence, we had an offer for listing price on Day 7!! Paula went above and beyond from the moment we first talked to her about finding a house until we closed on the sale of ours. We were extremely pleased with her professionalism, knowledge and constant communication. We “Tested the Waters” and Paula Waters did not disappoint!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Tabetha! We weren’t even sure what we wanted or where we wanted to live. She paid attention to everything we said and adjusted the search more than once! I have found when using a real estate agent you really need someone that do three things well - research the market for the seller or buyer. This means getting reasonable comparisons for pricing and purchasing. It is imperative that the agent provides communication throughout the process. Not having strong communication creates worlds of problems and following through the entire process to the end of the relationship. Me being me - I have a tendency to wonder if people ever do their job completely and will I have to follow up every single little thing. With Tabetha I have learned there are never any worries and no follow ups are ever needed. She is thorough. She is diligent and I absolutely love working with her!
