Paula Waters

Paula was extremely helpful with all aspects of the sale of the estate. Every time we had any questions, she would respond with excellent advise and made the overall selling experience extremely easy for us. Her obvious experience made us very comfortable trusting her for any advise that we needed. I enjoyed working with her and would defiantly recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent.

Paula was truly the best realtor! She was extremely responsive even on weekends and late evenings. She worked very fast and got things moving. She was very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about.

Paula is one of the most responsive people I’ve ever met. She’s on top of everything at all times and was always super prompt with answering our questions. She genuinely cared about us as clients and made sure we got the deal done on the house!

Mrs. Paula is the best - she was communicative, connected us with a great lender, and advocated for us throughout the entire process, from first call to closing. Since we were new to Carrollton, she shared her knowledge of the area to help us choose the home that was right for our family for our forever home. She's since sold homes to two family members, and we will continue to recommend her to everyone we know!

Ms Paula was always in touch. This was the first house I ever sold. She was right there on the spot to help me. We agreed on a selling point. She is great when it comes to negotiation, always in touch. She does her homework and knows the market well. I knew I was in good hands. Final note when you meet Ms. Paula she's not only your realtor she becomes a true friend.

Paula is absolutely the Best Agent! Positive, Passionate and Professional. She is also a Negotiator and a very hard worker! She guided us through everything. I highly recommend her! Through the selling of the house she has quickly become a friend and you want that kind of relationship with your agent. I will use Paula for any future buys or sales!
