She listed the property and within a couple of days we had our offer. On the other hand, the association's property had a lot of rigamarole and took a bit longer than expected. But with Susan's expertise, we were able to get things completed step by step and in the end it was a very seamless closing. More recently, I sold my condo and purchased a home. Once again, Susan's quick expertise sold my condo within 5 days and I found a replacement home right away. Both transactions were very seamless having Susan handling them again.
