Susan is always a pleasure to work with, and I am so grateful to have worked with her on the acquisition of our property on Mt Vernon. She was always readily accessible, had a get it done attitude. I truly appreciate all the effort that Susan puts into being a true real estate professional.

Susan sold our property so fast; I have whip lash! We needed the house sold and Susan was 100% GO from the moment we spoke. I am absolutely going to use her again for any other properties that we may sell or purchase in the future. Fast, efficient and knows her stuff! Now, if she could just pay for this chiropractor bill from my neck....
Thank you for your seamless communication and excellent results. Susan is knowledgeable and experienced in the Loma Linda area and is a result-oriented and driven. I appreciate the work she did and look forward to working with her in the future!
I am like many people who do not buy or sell houses very frequently so having an ally with experience that you can trust is key. Expertise, trust, integrity and personal attention are words that immediately come to mind in describing my experience with Susan. If I were to buy/sell another property tomorrow than it would be Susan that I called!
Susan Tedrow was not only an excellent Relator for the selling of our home but a resident in my area who knows her stuff. She was encouraging along the way had wonderful connections to get things done quickly, had our back when demands were getting overwhelming and we’re too tired to stand up for ourselves being on a tight schedule. Bottom line, she is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all made our lives a lot easier while she took care of the sale of our home with our best interest. Susan totally represented us for the best money and our sanity. Thank you, thank you!
We were very pleased that we sold both properties under the umbrella of one 1031 exchange. Not an easy thing to do in a time sensitive situation. Not to mention the complexities of one of the properties tenants that had to be worked around
Susan was always involved and readily access, helping the sale. We couldn't ask for anything more!
