Susan was amazing in her knowledge and professionalism at every angle. There were so many things that were complicated and she achieved every problem head on and solved. I have never met a realtor that was so on the spot achieving problems . The sale went fantastic because of Susan efforts. Extremely satisfied.
My wife and I are so happy that Susan represents us in the sale of our home. She provided great guidance, went above and beyond. She got our house sold quickly and at an impressive valuation. There a a million real estate agents out there and finding a good one can be hard. Finding an excellent one even harder. Susan is an excellent agent.
I chose Susan for her knowledge of the complex where I was selling. She was able to consider the market and comps to suggest a selling price. Handling a real estate transaction mostly electronically was new to me. Susan exhibited patience and humor as we worked our way to closing my sale.
Attentive & speedy Susan accommodated my request promptly. She was willing to show me the property the same day it was relisted even though she had just returned from vacation. When asked to represent both the seller and the buyer, Susan was able to do this fairly to satisfy both parties. She was transparent with all pertinent information. Susan made sure all process & paperwork were done expediently to achieve close of escrow in 25 days. I highly recommend Susan to anyone in need of a realtor.

It was a very difficult situation, it was contingency on another house selling, the seller of the other home I was pregnant and hormonal, I know Susan had to bite her tongue many times but she How are you in there and seeing the deal through
We began looking for a home with Susan because she seemed very nice. We were able to see houses quickly and the very first house we saw, we ended up getting! The whole process went smoothly. We never imagined we’d have a house in little over a month! Susan made us feel comfortable and helped us understand and didn't make us feel stupid. She was patient and never made us feel rushed into anything. She was fun to talk with and we had a great experience!
Susan was very helpful and supportive in filling out all the forms and showed us the house several times. She also could answer all our questions about the house and called the seller several times for more information. We loved working with her.
Susan generated 3 offers on one property. We accepted one that was above the listed price. She got us an offer on a second house w/,in a week, at listed price. She was always available to advise. Fantastic service w integrity.
We met Susan when we were looking for a house to buy in Yucaipa. She listened to our needs and lined up some appointments for us. We ended up buying one of the houses and she sold our old home. So when we were retiring and moving out of state it was only natural for us to call her as we had maintained a friendship over the years. Susan is a professional and kept surprising me with her knowledge. Within no time we'd sold our California home of 16 years and were on our way to Idaho. Thanks again Susan.
Outstanding, reliable, knowledgable, professional, always available to answer questions and give advice. Susan completely knows what she is doing.
