Susan Tedrow is absolutely a Real Estate Professional. I have worked with several Real Estate Agents over the years and my latest transaction with Susan was the Smoothest, Stress Free of All. She was very helpful with her suggestions and advice, while never "pushy". She listened carefully, and respectfully to my requests and always worked within my parameters. She was always proactive, anticipating any issue and offering sound solutions. Any future transactions that I have, Susan Tedrow will be my Agent, my Advocate, my Advisor. Thank You again Susan for taking care of so many details and providing 5 star service.

I decided to list my house with Susan because she was able to sell a neighbor's unit quickly and at a good price. She did not apply pressure at any point in the sale. I quickly came to trust her knowledge and put the sale of my home in her capable hands. Her strongest asset is the continual and timely communication she maintained with me from listing through closing. Even though I was out of state during part of the sales process, she made it easy for me to complete required paperwork and respond to buyer's needs as they occurred. Susan's negotiation strategy was low key, while helping me realize a selling price that exceeded my original expectation. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a masterful real estate professional.

Susan was always accessible and responsive. She also did not let any details fall through the cracks, from the various other parties that had to take action to complete the transaction. She strikes the right balance between aggressiveness and diplomacy and is always professional.

Best realtor ever!! Experienced, professional and personable. Couldn't ask for anything more. She was always a phone call away and answered any questions we ever threw at her.

Susan got us top dollar for our Home, and sold it within 6 days. Susan is completely professional, and the only realtor I’ll ever use. Susan also negotiated a contingency that got me into our dream home

Susan was always available to answer my questions and concerns during the purchase of my house. She always made me feel more at ease knowing that she was looking out for me.
