Susan takes the stress off of you so you can relax during this process. The market was so Hot that everything in my price range got an offer on it with-in minutes of it being listed. We found a home, but when we went to look at it we were unable to get in because the other realtor gave us keys that didn't work. Susan took control of the situation, told me to hold on and she would take care of it. With-in 30 minutes, we were in the home and I was making an offer. We were living in another state when we contacted Susan to help us find our new home. She listened to the list of "must have" features we wanted in our new home. She shared several properties with us via email. She knew the market well. She kept us informed of properties new to the market within minutes of the listing. She worked not only with listings from her own agency but also listings from several others as well. She took the time to get to know us so she could place us in the best house. We would come to town to meet up with her a few times to look at a couple places. But when we were unable to come in she would do virtual showings with us. She found us the perfect house before we even knew it was perfect. She was never pushy or rude. She never gave up looking for us. She helped us all the way through the purchase process. Refered us to closing attorneys when we didn't know anyone in the area. She is very pleasant, fun, friendly, knowledgeable and works hard to not just get you into a house, but to get you into the perfect forever house for you. She helped us negotiate a price that was fair to all involved. We had a couple hiccups with the financing and she had some wonderful suggestions to help us get through that little hold up as well. We couldn't be happier. She is a joy to work with. Responds to questions in a very timely manner. Does not make you feel stupid for asking things you don't understand. Takes the time to make sure she has explained things clearly. I personally feel she goes over and above for her clients. She treated us like she knew us forever even before we met her. I have already referred her out to others looking for a new home and will continue to do so. She knows her stuff!
