We had a great experience selling our home with Susan as our agent. We actually initiated the conversation three years prior! We were not in the process of selling then, but I knew of her through other positive reviews and word of mouth. Even though I told her that we were a couple of years removed from any home sale, she was happy to answer any question I had, gave very valuable feedback, etc. Three years and a few life events later, we were ready to put our home up for sale. She gave us some great feedback on recommended steps to take, had some great local contacts who did some necessary improvements (I think she would have a great career as a general contractor), and has a very valuable, intimate knowledge of the local area. She is a full time realtor—not doing this as a “side hustle”—and is “all in” on pursuing her clients best interests. She knows the intricacies of the neighborhood, the greater area, what makes a home appealing, what improvements are most important, and how to get that done. Last, Susan has, beyond all the particular skills, a sort of “holistic” feel for a property and neighborhood that was earned and developed over years—she just “knows” and it was amazing to see her insights play out as she predicted. We appreciated her steady communications and her working so well with the buyers’ agent as well. Susan Morrison will be a great agent for anyone seeking to buy or sell a home, and we are very happy with her representation.

This was the 4th Family home buy/sell that Susan and Michelle helped us with. We just came out of a difficult family situation for this Estate sale. Unfortunately Susan and her family were in the middle of some tough personal stuff of their own during ours. However they never missed a beat. They stayed in constant communication-dotted ever eye and crossed every T. When you hire them you don't just gain an agent you make forever friends that feel more like family! Susan was very professional and knowledgeable about the sales in my area. She discussed with me what needed to be done to make my house show better and easier to sale. She had great professional pictures made to show the house on her advertisement. I received a contract very soon and she gave great advice during the negotiations for the contract and was very helpful during the period before closing. I would recommend Susan to anyone as a very professional realtor and person.
