Last, Susan has, beyond all the particular skills, a sort of “holistic” feel for a property and neighborhood that was earned and developed over years—she just “knows” and it was amazing to see her insights play out as she predicted. We appreciated her steady communications and her working so well with the buyers’ agent as well.
