About Susan

I received my degree in fine arts/graphic design at the University of Arizona. After working in this field for several years, in the non profit sector, I began my career in Real Estate. I started out managing rental properties in and around Tucson while raising our three daughters. I later went into real estate sales and have been in sales for 10 years. I love Tucson and our community and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. Susan was a pleasure to deal with on the sale of our home located in Rita Ranch

Susan was a pleasure to deal with on the sale of our home located in Rita Ranch. The sale was 9/9/2019 and it went relatively smooth. Her knowledge of the process was very helpful as we had never sold a property before. She was always on top of the offers we received and explained each giving us her honest and professional opinion on each. We enjoyed our dealings with her and would use her services again!

Sue was very professional and very helpful

Sue was very professional and very helpful. She made things very easy for us. We lived in the house half the time we were selling it. She gave us enough warning and time for showings . She then took over the responsibility when we moved away. She kept us in the loop the whole time, and got our house sold. We definitely would recommend Sue Lespron to all our friends and family.
