She was always available whenever we wanted to check out a home, which is essential in this competitive market. I would give more stars if it was an option. Susan did an outstanding job of providing guidance and expertise on getting the home ready to put on the market, including what buyers are most looking for. Her marketing plan was thoughtful and provided useful information to prospective buyers about what aspects of the offer beyond price that we were most concerned about (contingencies, etc.)

The 2020-2021 Twin Cities real-estate market has been crazy with the low interest rates and low supply of houses which has them being sold for above asking in a couple days. Susan was able to help us secure our house for under asking and negotiate that down even farther upon inspection (which eats into her commission which is based on sale amount!) That just shows that she puts you as the buyer first and is no-pressure. There were multiple homes we considered we should put in offers on, but she worked with us to be patient and find “the one” rather than rushing into a decision on the biggest purchase we will ever make. We couldn’t be happier and will be recommending her to all our friends.

Susan is a fantastic agent whom I would highly recommend. In Feb of 2015, Susan helped my wife and I find a beautiful home to move our family into, and 6 years later in Feb of 2016 helped us to sell our home. Due to a job change, My wife and I moved to California and when it came time to sell our home recently, Susan took care of every aspect of the home sale. Susan is a great communicator, fantastic facilitator as either a buy or sell agent. And on top of that, worked magic to help coordinate some home maintenance request such as interior paints, carpet replacement and a few other topics. Helping us to find great contractors, negotiating a price for the work, and even helping to keep them on track with hitting deadlines. These are just some of the things that Susan helped with. Not to mention making sure we understood the market, finding the right buyers, and being competitive with the home sale. As a seller that was 2k miles away, and selling one of your largest life investments primarily over the phone, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
