Susan was So helpful. Knowledgeable. Professional, kind, Respectful, very Diplomatic, HARD WORKING, Dedicated & great at negotiating. We knew what we were looking for and Susan had the intuitive insight as well to ask us very poignant questions to really fine tune our search to get our needs met. She was very patient and flexible with us. We moved from out of state with all of our animals and our very ill brother. So time was of the essence. I’d have to Say Susan went above and beyond. We searched and got a house we all Just loved and closed in one week!!!! She does what she says she will do and has great integrity & I highly recommend Susan Emma for buying or selling any real-estate needs.
