She is a great Agent.

Susan is remarkably on top of the housing market. I resisted some of her suggestions on what to spend money on to attract the buyer. Once the house sat on the market...I did what she said and it sold. My lesson is that no matter your personal taste...do what she says as she knows what will make the house sell fast.

Excellent communicator

I normally don't write reviews like this but wanted to take the time to do so since she earned it! This is my 2nd sale with Susan and I am so happy on how hard she worked and went above and beyond making this sale happen and helping me get the inspection items done. I am a out of state owner and needed help and help she did...Thank you so so much Susan!

Susan helped me by saving me from spending significant money on my ideas of improvement which wouldn't have actually increased the value of the house. She worked hard to find the right carpet that would match the wood and paint in the house.... she printed brochures...held an open house within days of putting the house on sale. The staging she did was gorgeous. The advertising was on 22 different websites. We had our first showing scheduled within hours of going live.

I met Susan through a referral and was so please with her professional demeanor and knowledge She is very well connected and was able to find plumbers and other professionals that could help get my house ready. I’m 83 so have bought and sold many homes in my life. Susan was the best and I would recommend her to anyone that wants top dollar for their home. Five stars isn’t enough to give Susan!!!
