Susan was great, she was honest & would offer to do what I wanted rather than try to sway me to what she thought I should do. She always answered quickly to every call or question I had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! I want a shirt that says 'buy dirty Susan! 😊

Had the pleasure of working with Susan. This was my first time buying a home and she was everything I was hoping for in an Agent, and then some. Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, great communication, and proactive! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or her company.

We received exceptional service from Susan!! From our FaceTime showing, to updates, information & final walk-thru, Susan and Erin made this a very simple and stress free purchase of our second home without leaving our house!!! If you’re in the market to purchase or list for sale, do yourself a favor and contact Susan Coons at Keller Williams-Yuma!

I have worked with a LOT of real estate agents. I’ve bought, sold and rented out homes in CA, NV and NY and I’ve been in the mortgage business for 30+ years. It’s with that background that I self proclaim as an SME when I tell you Susan Coons with Keller Williams is an A++, top shelf, extraordinary real estate agent. I have dubbed Susan “the buyer whisperer”. We got connected with Susan about a year ago when we exploring Yuma as a place to relocate to. She provided the information we’d requested quickly without being pushy. Once we got to Yuma and got serious about looking at homes, we compiled a list of 5-7 homes and she got us showings the next day, she did that twice!! I figured once we got into contract, we’d hear from her less and be handed off to her transaction coordinator. Nope! Susan was active, responsive and on point Every. Single. Step of the process. Even being in the business, I was that stereotypical “needy buyer” plus my husband who doesn’t live and breath real estate and had alllll his own questions. Since we were new to the area and we’d been nomadic for 2.5 years, we had a lot going on but Susan took all this in stride not ever once demonstrating exhaustion from us (I was tired of me, LOL) Even now as we’re a week+ into our new home and looking for contractors for various needs, she’s super fast to provide information and referrals for local talent. About midway through our transaction I learned that Susan was also in the same phase with FIVE other sets of buyers! For anyone not in real estate, that’s impressive. For anyone looking to buy, sell or my realtor friends looking to refer clients to Yuma, I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Susan. You wont be disappointed.

We had a great experience with this team of realtors. They were always quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. A very professional and accommodating team. We won't hesitate to use their services in the future.

Our new Yuma home is perfect and we can’t be more thankful to our realtor Susan Coons who worked with us every step of the way! She was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions day or night! Susan was also able to help us close a week earlier than we had hoped! A big thank you to Susan, Patti, & Shelly at Yuma’s Home Team for making this a very smooth transition to our new home! Brandelle & Sandra Domenack

We had a great experience with the Susan and her whole team at KW, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Also, we really enjoyed all of their business partners they work with. I would definitely recommend them!!

Susan and her team walked us through the entire home-buying process. Susan was attentive, knowledgeable, and gained our trust. We look forward to working with her as we grow our real estate investment business.

Susan Coons was fantastic to work with. She was always available to answer our questions in a prompt, and professional manner. Susan went beyond our expectations of a realtor to make our home purchase not only possible from a distance, but very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Susan.

!!SUSAN COONS!! What a lady, wow, I can't say enough!!! The best home buying experience my spouse and I could have asked for and more! We moved cross-country and she was there every step of the way going went above and beyond. So many times we would get off the phone and say, "wow, Susan is great!" If I could give 6 stars I would! ***Amazing experience!***

Susan went well above and beyond for us and was always available when we had questions. She made our home owning experience in Arizona a memorable one.

Susan was so graceful throughout our journey to finding land to own. She always reached out, and stuck with us since our very first call. She always answered our calls, any questions, and I am so grateful for her guidance and service.
