Susan Coons exceeded our expectations as a realtor! She patiently worked with us for over 9 months to find the perfect second home. She diligently answered every phone call, text, and email day and night! Susan made many trips to many properties to take videos, additional photos, and take measurements. On our final trip to Yuma, she met us on a holiday weekend to seal the deal. On arrival, we purchased two additional properties.
