Susan was absolutely amazing! We bought a new construction home while living across the country and she went above and beyond to make sure we had weekly updates on the progress of the build and made sure we were comfortable with everything going on. Our closing ran into a bit of a snag and was delayed for longer than we liked and Susan not only maintained contact with us, the builder, and the lender, but she even found us an Airbnb to stay in because living in a hotel with 4 young kids just wasn’t cutting it for us.
