I have worked with a LOT of real estate agents. I’ve bought, sold and rented out homes in CA, NV and NY and I’ve been in the mortgage business for 30+ years. It’s with that background that I self proclaim as an SME when I tell you Susan Coons with Keller Williams is an A++, top shelf, extraordinary real estate agent. I have dubbed Susan “the buyer whisperer”. We got connected with Susan about a year ago when we exploring Yuma as a place to relocate to. She provided the information we’d requested quickly without being pushy. Once we got to Yuma and got serious about looking at homes, we compiled a list of 5-7 homes and she got us showings the next day, she did that twice!! I figured once we got into contract, we’d hear from her less and be handed off to her transaction coordinator. Nope! Susan was active, responsive and on point Every. Single. Step of the process. Even being in the business, I was that stereotypical “needy buyer” plus my husband who doesn’t live and breath real estate and had alllll his own questions. Since we were new to the area and we’d been nomadic for 2.5 years, we had a lot going on but Susan took all this in stride not ever once demonstrating exhaustion from us (I was tired of me, LOL) Even now as we’re a week+ into our new home and looking for contractors for various needs, she’s super fast to provide information and referrals for local talent.
