Susan Coons was wonderful to work with! The home that was purchased is located in a different state than the Buyer lives in, so everything was accomplished either via emails and/or phone calls. Susan Coons exceeded our expectations as a realtor! She patiently worked with us for over 9 months to find the perfect second home. She diligently answered every phone call, text, and email day and night! Susan made many trips to many properties to take videos, additional photos, and take measurements. On our final trip to Yuma, she met us on a holiday weekend to seal the deal. On arrival, we purchased two additional properties. Prior to our real estate closings, Susan had great recommendations for different contractors in which she personally followed up on due to our distance. I just wrote a long winded review that ended up being mostly about how absolutely rude, lazy and terrible every other realtor I had spoken to before getting referred to Susan. I'll spare you the gorey details about those nerds and just tell you what matters. Susan is the best! End of story. This was my first, hopefully of many, home purchases. Susan busted her butt to find me what I wanted, was in constant clear communication and was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I live out of state and she was my right hand when it came to boots on the ground.
