I am so thankful that my husband found Susan Coons when we decided to look for a home in Yuma. Neither of us has ever lived in Arizona. We chose Yuma because it is only three hours away from my family in San Diego, and the housing prices are amazing. After four years of trying to find an affordable home in San Diego, we were exhausted, disappointed, and disillusioned. Susan worked with us to find our dream home within our budget. She worked tirelessly to accommodate the needs of a family buying a home remotely and for the first time. She was always there to communicate and answer all of our questions, of which we had many. She took pictures and videos to update us on the progress of our build. She remained excited for us and in turn, kept us feeling excited for our new lives in our very own home. What can I say? I personally had a short window to find the perfect home, I had about 40 different homes saved and at the very last minute found one I was interested in. Susan got us in there to see the home last minute and we both knew it was the perfect home for me. Size, finishes, neighborhood… she made sure to be on top of the seller and me to make everything happen as smoothly as possible. We contacted Susan from our home in Idaho to inquire about some places in Yuma. We flew down there and she had all the information we had asked for in a nice packet and had mapped out our day so we weren't going across town ten times. Plus, had scheduled inside visits and never pushed us if we didn't like the place. Even after she spent hours showing us properties she was happy to answer any questions by phone later in the evening and all the next day. Susan knows Yuma, she has a contact sheet for all the utilities and many references for other services you would need. After she found us the perfect property, she became our go-to person for anything we had questions on and our friendship still exists today. Susan is the best realtor we have ever worked with and a kind and trustworthy person.
