What can I say? I personally had a short window to find the perfect home, I had about 40 different homes saved and at the very last minute found one I was interested in. We contacted Susan from our home in Idaho to inquire about some places in Yuma. We flew down there and she had all the information we had asked for in a nice packet and had mapped out our day so we weren't going across town ten times. Plus, had scheduled inside visits and never pushed us if we didn't like the place. Even after she spent hours showing us properties she was happy to answer any questions by phone later in the evening and all the next day. Susan knows Yuma, she has a contact sheet for all the utilities and many references for other services you would need. After she found us the perfect property, she became our go-to person for anything we had questions on and our friendship still exists today. Susan is the best realtor we have ever worked with and a kind and trustworthy person.
