Where to begin? Let’s start by saying Susan is probably the best realtor in Yuma, AZ!! We originally were buying a smaller home at the beginning of this year. The builder/sellers reneged on a signed and paid for contract, so my wife and I back out of the deal. To be honest, my wife didn’t but they didn’t give her a choice. So INSTANTLY, Susan went to work and found us a nicer/bigger house with way more amenities packed into it!! I mean, she didn’t skip a beat. There was a lot of stress and confusion as this was our first home purchase, and Susan was sooo patient! I asked a lot of dumb questions but she handled them graciously. She made herself available far more than I should've asked for. She made the process so much better and we really appreciate her so much!! Thank you, Susan!
