Where to begin? Let’s start by saying Susan is probably the best realtor in Yuma, AZ!! We originally were buying a smaller home at the beginning of this year. The builder/sellers reneged on a signed and paid for contract, so my wife and I back out of the deal. To be honest, my wife didn’t but they didn’t give her a choice. So INSTANTLY, Susan went to work and found us a nicer/bigger house with way more amenities packed into it!! I mean, she didn’t skip a beat.
