She expertly navigated the complex Florida condo buying market (which is not for the faint of heart)! She's great with understanding various condo HOA details, insurance, property tax burden information and numbers and even persuaded me to offer "less" than I was thinking on a place, which netted her "less" for the deal, but was in my best interest. This is the second time we have used Susan. Once for selling and once for buying. The level of care and attention she applied to the 600K condo was the same for the 150K fixer. She came to every showing with the same energy, it didn't matter that this was just a "small" contract. She handled all the showings with the same professionalism and wit, even several where we couldn't make it in person. Very knowledgeable of the market and what is available and did not gloss over problems a potential property had. Dealt with challenging issues quickly. After the sale is what has impressed me the most. This has not been a "I have my check see ya later" scenario. She has called, checked on us and provided excellent recommendations for contractors all after the sale. This has taken so much stress off of our renovation. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Susan for anyone in the market and would call her again in a heartbeat.

We were in no rush to buy a new home, and Samantha was so patient with us as we had certain requirements for a property that we were going to buy. Samantha was not pushy with properties and only showed us potential properties that met our requirements. We really appreciate her work and effort she put in to help us find the property that check all the boxes and then some.

Miranda took it upon herself to address issues I didn't know I had. The house sat on a flood plain requiring additional insurance. Miranda did some homework and found out the property had been rezoned and no longer required flood insurance. She also found out there were two lien releases that hadn't been filed from the owner prior to me. She got those cleared up. She also made great recommendations for some minor upgrades that made a big difference in how the house showed. I am a former real estate agent and I can really appreciate Miranda's effort beyond just listing the home. I highly recommend her and I would use her again in the future.
