Summer was unbelievably incredible. My wife and I were in a time crunch due to conflicting timelines with our move from several states away, job start dates, and move out/in dates. From the first phone call she made sure that she understood every aspect of our lives, our timelines, and our needs/wants/gotta haves. Within 24 hours she had scheduled 8+ home visits on the same day and virtually walked us through each home. What was even more unique was the fact that she scheduled the homes we liked as well as additional homes she knew we would like once we got inside of them. Her team constantly went above and beyond and responded promptly every time my wife and I had a question. We never felt embarrassed or pressured in any situation when we were unsure. I cannot recommend her enough if you are moving to Indianapolis!

Summer was able to get our house listed and sold very quickly! We are grateful that she has wonderful connections all over Indianapolis that made every step feel doable. Summer and her team also had lots of great recommendations for inspectors and other vendors that we were very satisfied with. Her whole team was willing to help us on short notice, even when she was out of town, including the night before closing when we needed to double check some repairs the seller made. They never made us feel like we were bothering them or asking silly questions. We couldn’t be happier with the house we chose, and we will recommend Summer and her team to everyone we come across!
