I know I'm not alone when I say I very literally picked Summer because of her TikToks - I enjoy her vibe :) I knew I was relocating to Indianapolis and would need a realtor who knew the market, because I had never stepped foot in the city before! Summer and her team showed me everything I asked to see - guided me to neighborhoods based on my feedback. My schedule was hard, as I was travelling in to see houses once a month or so, but the team was always flexible and there to help. My search lasted about 4 months, until finding the perfect home. Summer and her team did a great job getting our house ready to sell and helping us navigate the process after accepting an offer. We listed the house on Friday and accepted an offer above asking price on Sunday, which was exactly what we were hoping for, so we were so grateful! I personally would've preferred more communication from her the weekend of the open house and showings so we knew what kind of interest there was, how things were going, if there were offers, etc. But other than that they were very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed working with them.
