We worked with Summer Hudson and May Ang, as buyers—and we couldn’t be more satisfied. From the start, they were honest, transparent, and incredibly attuned to what we were looking for as investors. Summer’s deep knowledge of the local market helped us make smart, competitive decisions, and her ability to explain things clearly made the process feel manageable at every step. She was always available—quick to respond, quick to act—and made us feel like a top priority. May was equally helpful, offering thoughtful support and insight throughout. We felt like we had true advocates in our corner, not just agents trying to close a deal. Highly recommend.

Summer and her team were very communicative and clear, especially when answering all my questions. With knowing the market so well, Summer even took the time to send me a few curated listings, and I'm so glad she did, because one I had overlooked turned out to be a perfect fit. Summer and team were not daunted that I would be touring virtually from out of state, and made time to show me the house when I flew in briefly. Summer was also incredibly savvy in negotiations: she knew what I could get for this area and I was so pleased she fought for it on my behalf. She was also upfront and honest through the process. She was willing to do what was needed to get us to closing, even in the final week. Summer also provided vendor recommendations, helping remove the guesswork for me, which was helpful in being new to the area. While I hope I don't move for some time, I will definitely ask Summer again when it's time, and recommend her to anyone who's looking. I'm grateful for all of the expertise and support Summer and her team provided.

Summer was amazing to work with. She was always patient, responsive, and never made us feel like a bother, no matter how many questions we had. If she wasn’t available, someone from her team was, which kept everything moving and helped reduce stress. Buying a home can be stressful, but Summer made the process so much easier. Always reassuring! She or someone from her office was in contact with us all the way through closing. We could not have asked for a better realtor!!

Summer and her team were a pleasure to work with. They were available at times on short notice for viewings. All very personable and easy to work with which made things manageable even when all did not go as planned. I had an amazing experience working with my Realtor, Summer, and her wonderful coordinator, May. Summer was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also warm, dedicated, and truly hardworking throughout the entire home-buying process. May was equally fantastic—organized, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. Together, they made the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to their teamwork and dedication, I’m now in my new home and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Summer and May to anyone looking to buy a home!

Working with Summer and her team was an amazing experience. The initial meeting was very informative and we reviewed wants, needs, and what to expect through the process. We were also given access to listings to browse on our own time and could mark them for saving and review which was really helpful. Summer and her team were always available and made it a point to make the most out of looking at properties. They also recommended a great lender I ended up checking out despite my pre-approval and I ended up with an even better rate! The who process was great from start to close and I would highly recommend working with Summer!! It was amazing!!!!
