I would highly recommend Summer, especially for first time buyers. Summer was great at explaining things to us, and stayed in close contact with us throughout the whole process.
As first time home buyers, we were looking for an agent that could help guide us in all of the aspects of the home buying process. Summer and Nick were amazing — they are incredibly knowledgeable not just about Indy, but about all of the processes and little things you’d never think of when buying a house. They are so patient and helped us find our dream home, and got us a great deal with a seamless transaction. They also helped us find contractors and home insurance agents, and were so supportive during the process. They were constantly available to answer our questions via text or phone call, and would show us houses same day and advise us on what we should and shouldn’t look for in a listing. From start to finish, they were there for us every step of the way. We can’t recommend them enough, they really are the best!

Our experience with Summer was GREAT! She is knowledgeable about the houses she tours and could tell us things about old historic houses that I’m sure not many other realtors would know. On top of that, she tells it like it is. She only showed us houses we really wanted to see, and if she didn’t think a house would be a good fit, she would let us know. We would recommend her to anyone trying to buy (or sell!) in Indy. You can tell she loves what she does and does it well.

Summer and May literally changed our whole buying experience. We were in a horrible position and they came in like a couple of angels!! They were available to us and answered any and every question we had regardless of how small or repetitive we got LOL. When our sale got put on hold Summer helped work with the owners to ensure we had somewhere to stay. If/when we ever go to buy another home she is the ONE we will call first!
