When I tell you this sale was a test of Summer's and My own patience, it was a literal FINAL EXAM. If you want a real estate agent that is patient, will go over every single option you have, won't stop won't rest until everything is handled and done, AND somehow still finds a way to fit some humor in there, then Summer is your girl! She had my back for this entire sale, even when everything that could go wrong for the buyers went wrong which in turn made things go wrong for me as the seller, she somehow pulled everything together and we made it to the finish line. This is the fourth transaction I have made with Summer, bought two houses, sold two houses, and I have learned not everything goes as smoothly as you might think or hope for each time. The great thing is even when things didn't go as planned, she always had another option for me and it always worked out. That's the most important part of having a relationship with your realtor. Being able to trust that Summer will steer me in the right direction means a lot, and I'm currently on my next project and I won't work with anyone but her!

I found Summer on TikTok and when I convinced my husband to buy a new house, she went straight to work in selling our home. My gosh, she came in and staged my house and flipped it and made it look like a model home!!!! Now- whenever I ask anyone if their agent did such a feat- not a one said yep 😃 She worked PATIENTLY with the hubs and made sure he was comfortable with every decision.
