Summer (and her team) are some of the most chill but absolutely professional people in the realty business. Summer repeatedly dropped everything, made the trek up to the north side of Indianapolis, and eventually found me an amazing home in the span of just a few weeks. I put in 2 offers on 2 different homes, and she crushed it when it came to competitive offers. She even explained what she was doing and what each part of the offer meant and how it would impact me - my budget, timelines, etc. She recognized when I was feeling defeated and made sure that she didn’t put any sort of pressure on a decision (or lack there of). Our experience with Summer was GREAT! She is knowledgeable about the houses she tours and could tell us things about old historic houses that I’m sure not many other realtors would know. On top of that, she tells it like it is. She only showed us houses we really wanted to see, and if she didn’t think a house would be a good fit, she would let us know.
