I started my house buying experience kind of on a whim. Rent was getting higher and I was ready to make a change, but did not even know where to start. Summer has a great questionnaire to get you started and then takes the time a few days later to talk through the entire process in detail so you know what to expect. She is very patient and honest when touring homes, making sure to educate you on any red flags to look for but always makes sure that you love a home before putting in an offer. She puts you and your needs very high on her priority list and always make you feel heard and cared for. Even during an emergency she temporarily passed us on to another awesome agent to show us some houses before she was back a couple of days later just to make sure we didn’t miss a day of viewings. Overall, my experience with Summer was an 11/10 and I am so happy that we got to work together to get us a home we love. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome realtor!

When I tell you this sale was a test of Summer's and My own patience, it was a literal FINAL EXAM. If you want a real estate agent that is patient, will go over every single option you have, won't stop won't rest until everything is handled and done, AND somehow still finds a way to fit some humor in there, then Summer is your girl! She had my back for this entire sale, even when everything that could go wrong for the buyers went wrong which in turn made things go wrong for me as the seller, she somehow pulled everything together and we made it to the finish line. This is the fourth transaction I have made with Summer, bought two houses, sold two houses, and I have learned not everything goes as smoothly as you might think or hope for each time. I found Summer on TikTok and when I convinced my husband to buy a new house, she went straight to work in selling our home. My gosh, she came in and staged my house and flipped it and made it look like a model home!!!! Now- whenever I ask anyone if their agent did such a feat- not a one said yep 😃 She worked PATIENTLY with the hubs and made sure he was comfortable with every decision. I found Summer on TikTok and became quickly addicted to watching her videos on historic homes in Indy. We both love mid-century and historic roots in architecture.
