Steve worked closely with us on every aspect of the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our current home. Even beyond the closing on our new home, Steve made certain that we were connected with competent companies to continue the maintenance of our new home as well as anticipated repair/construction needs. His rapport with all of his contcts was professional and kind. Even the seller of the home which we purchased sent Steve (the buyers' realator) a letter acknowledging and thanking Steve for his level of professionalism and competence.
