Steve was the first agent at a random open house I walked through to give me the time of day. Ever since, I’ve always felt as though he was going the extra mile to ensure I found the best homes available. He made himself available to meet- even with my unconventional schedule, prepared showings promptly, and gave me access to his MLS listings app which streamlined my experience. On top of that, Steve’s construction knowledge played a large role in whether he felt a house would be good for me or not, as someone who was looking for a nearly move in ready home. He has great connections for any jobs around the house you need done as well. All in all, Steve is someone I would and have already recommended to friends and family. His number won’t be leaving my phone for future endeavors!

I still can't believe how true to his word he is and offered assistance. I haven't met many people with integrity and character. What a shock that I found that from my realtor. Most homes require at least some work and Steven has continued to help me with contacts even after receiving his well deserved commission. We all know, he has no obligation to do that which is why I can't thank him enough. Since the house I purchased needs a lot of work (90's ugly but great location), I'm estimating Steven saved me 50-100k not including the negotiated price of the house. If you're buying or selling a property, you won't find a better person than Steven.
