Steve Roberts did a fantastic job working with my husband and I while we looked for a home in Orange County. He made us feel like we were his top priority through the entire process. He was always available to answer a phone call or a text. We had a short window to find the perfect place to call ours, and Steve easily met this stressful timeframe. He’s knowledgeable, personable, hardworking, and caring. What a great combination of traits to have for someone working alongside you during an emotional chapter. We highly recommend Steve Roberts!

Simply put, our experience with Steve has been excellent, from start to finish. Steve came recommended by a coworker whom I respect. My wife and I were considering a relocation to Laguna Niguel from another part of California. We already had some familiarity with the area but decided we needed the help of a pro. During a December visit to the area, Steve offered to show us around and share his inside knowledge of the real estate landscape within the limits of our budget but cautioned that, due to the holidays, inventory was slow, and that he might not have much specific to be able to show. Long story short, just prior to our arrival, Steve became aware of a listing not yet posted on MLS that, based on our prior conversations, he thought might be of interest. He arranged for us to see the home. We were impressed and made what we hoped was a strong, preemptive offer. After some minor negotiation, our offer was accepted! We just closed on the purchase the day before this review was written. Remember, we are out-of-town buyers. At every step of the way, Steve has facilitated everything necessary, including when we could not be present ourselves. We still have a few minor things to address before we will be able to move in, but we are confident that Steve will continue to help with these tasks as well. It just seems to be who he is, as an agent but also as a friend.

Steve was my realtor for both the selling of my home in Lake Forest, as well as the purchasing of my new home in Menifee. I can not say enough about how amazing Steve was in both transactions. He is a great communicator. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market (especially in south Orange County). I felt confident that he would help me to get the house ready to list and price it to sell (but also get the most for the house). He is a very "hand's on" realtor. He went above and beyond in helping with the sale of my home. The fact that I was able to sell my home in a timely way (given the environment we have been in with COVID-19 and the limitations put on realtors to market houses) speaks to Steve's abilities as an excellent realtor/agent. I would highly recommend Steve as a realtor for both selling and purchasing a home.

Steve has always been upfront and to the point , the way we like it. He is honest , hard working and very knowledgeable about the local market. WE would recommend him to anyone who asked . In this transaction Steve got us what we consider to be top dollar for our unit . The whole procedure went very smooth without any problems.

Steve has been not only been an amazing agent to have but had also become a great friend to our family. He helped us buy our first home and made sure we were in one that would get high return. His advice was right and we made a good profit on our first home sale that will assist us with the down payment on our next. Steve is hard working, extremely knowledgeable, and always there when you need him. There is no other I would recommend.
