I met Steve in the spring of 2021 when Zillow assigned him to my online tour request. He immediately demonstrated his local expertise (Irvine), and I appreciated his subsequent tour follow-up so we continued to use him as our realtor. Steve helped us navigate one of the toughest real estate markets in history and after a nine month ordeal we purchased out new home. He was patient with us as we put in many, many unsuccessful bids and toured countless homes. Steve stays on top of the market and is well connected. His deep expertise really helped when we were going through a difficult transaction. I can’t fully speak to his negotiation skills as buyers don’t have much power in this sellers market.
