He immediately demonstrated his local expertise (Irvine), and I appreciated his subsequent tour follow-up so we continued to use him as our realtor. Steve helped us navigate one of the toughest real estate markets in history and after a nine month ordeal we purchased out new home. He was patient with us as we put in many, many unsuccessful bids and toured countless homes. Steve stays on top of the market and is well connected. His deep expertise really helped when we were going through a difficult transaction. I can’t fully speak to his negotiation skills as buyers don’t have much power in this sellers market. I rarely write reviews. Steve Reddy is gem of person than a pure realtor. He is very patient and works towards helping buyers get their dream home . We were looking to buy our second home and had lot of expectation on what we wanted. I have never seen him being pushy or showing hesitation in having us tour homes or forcing us to buy a property. We started our house search during the COVID time. As you can imagine, no open houses were available, we could not tour any houses by ourself. Steve Reddy was very patient and always willing to help us tour and look at homes. Be it weekday or late hours of weekends, when i called him , he would happily come over to help.We saw more than 25 houses but dint like any . With Steve’s extra-ordinary patience and solid experience , We ultimately found our dream home which matched all our families criteria. If its was not for Steve Reddy, any other realtor would have defiantly left us and stopped showing us home thinking we were wasting their time. He understood our intent , understood what we were looking for on our second home and ultimately helped us achieve our dream. Recently purchased a home in Irvine, Steve represented the seller and buyer. The process went well and smooth and we were able to close just over 30 days even with the current circumstances and increase background checks with the loan. Communication was very easy through email and text, all my questions were always answered in a timely manner. Vicky was always helpful as well and made sure we were able to to get the inspections I needed done even though there was a tenant living at the house at the time.
