Steve helped us to buy our first home. I started looking in May. He recommended to work with a loan manager he knows and get my loan pre- approved. I only looked at houses that was under the approved loan amount as per his recommendation. Steve and team was very prompt in being at the location when we express interest in a house that we liked to show it to us. After seeing 7-8 houses we found what we liked. We gave an offer on 25th June and closed on July 21st. Being a first time home buyer, i had a lot of questions and did not know many of the paperwork involved.
