I was apprehensive to believe an agent who offers a closing rebate could provide such great service. It seemed too good to be true, but Steve is your guy! I closed on my home from out-of-state and Steve made it a breeze. He was responsive and was on top of any mishaps that we bumped into along the way. There was even a time when I woke up to a phone call where Steve already resolved a major issue about my money transfer early in the morning before I woke up and could get distressed by the email I received. Steve, by far, exceeded my expectations and provided superior service than the previous realtor I worked with when I bought my first home. These days when you can easily find houses on your own through a variety of websites, it’s nice to have Steve around. The closing rebate really helped me with my purchase. I highly recommend him!
Steve was great throughout the process. Understand his rebate model (essentially compensates you for doing your part in finding the house you want to see) and you will not be disappointed. If you can search online and decide on what you want, then Steve will be great for you. He sets up the showings, helps you with the offer contracts, and takes care of all the paperwork needed to close. I haven’t met Steve in person, but he has always been available through phone/text if you need him. Highly recommended and would go with him again. Great overall experience.
The BEST agent (and way) to buy a home - Steve coached me through the process of buying a home and made the experience EASY. He took care of all the paperwork and helped set showings. Steve was always a phone/text away when I needed him. I could lean on his experience when making offers. He truly goes out of his way for his clients and stands out in a world where agents are rushing to get deals in. Steve at EZ Agents is the most helpful, professional and insightful real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He helped go through the housing search process at my place, letting me take the lead on where I wanted to view and when, but still facilitated those viewings extremely efficiently. He was always available by phone, email and text, even at times I had to get in touch at odd hours, at weekends or at short notice and he would always be on top of things, providing helpful and fast information and help. Finally he helped me offer on the home I wanted and close in record time (around 1 month from the start of my search). And through his negotiations and rebate there did not end up being any closing costs for me to pay. I can strongly recommend EZ Agents to anyone who prefers a customer lead real estate approach and already has an idea of the home, or at least type of home they want to move into, and likes getting things done quickly and at good value.
Although we never met in person, Steve was able to respond to my emails and phone calls very quickly and professionally. If you have a proper understanding of his business model and the product he offers, you will not be disappointed.
Probably the best buyers agent ever. He kept on top of everything, even though the sellers side had a few hiccups in the process. Not to mention the commission rebate that helped buy down my interest rate. That will end up saving me literally TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars over the life of the mortgage. Granted this is not my first real estate purchase, but I will never use a traditional buyers agent again. I'm looking forwar to my next purchase and I willing be calling Steve when the time comes.

What a great find! It’s nice to see a real estate firm changing the system to align with the way people shop for homes today. We got proactive notices every step of the way - these guys are on top of it! The best part was getting a rebate at closing that paid for nearly all closing costs!
