Steve was exactly what I was looking for in an agent for my second time buying. He was a "Full Service" agent outside of finding the houses to look at, which I preferred to find on my own anyways. In return, you get a 50% rebate on the buyer commission which was well worth it. He will still set up the showings and walk you through the process, so don't be afraid to try him even for first time home buyers!

Finally a real estate agent that is buyer friendly. He makes the home buying process convenient and kicks back 50% of the commission. We got almost $11,000 back and it covered our closing costs and bought down points on the loan. Literally saved us a ton of money. A real innovator that is working within the 'rules of the old guard' that is inefficient and costly. Ok - now for the convenience factor. Day of showings at our own time. If we wanted to see a house on a Tuesday, he would book a showing for us that day after work. Easy. He works with other agents so they can show us when it works for us. It doesn't need to work for him. WHEN THE TIME WORKS FOR US. This is huge, especially when we have to pick a kid up from daycare and have hard deadlines. In summary: EZ Agents and Steve saved us tens of thousands of dollars that resulted in zero closing costs and bought down our loan interests. Showings worked on our time and schedule.

Steve is awesome! Buying a house is stressful and Steve gave me confidence through every step of the process. He’s motivated, honest and straightforward. He’s truly the most trustworthy realtor I’ve had, he’ll never bend the truth, withhold information or push you into buying. And he’s responsive, always answering my calls even at the weirdest times. Plus Steve paid for ALL of my closing costs. I cannot recommend Steve and EZ Agents enough!

I had a really positive experience with Steve at EZ Agents. We used him to purchase a home. He was prompt (as well as the people who showed us houses), responsive, problem-solved, listened, helped, answered a lot of questions, and was thorough. The sellers were having some issues on their end (different realtor), and I really couldn't have asked for a better experience with Steve. If I end up buying another house in the greater Denver area, I hope to work with him again.

For someone that doesn't like to feel "ripped off" with commissions, and is willing to do a lot of the searching and legwork myself, but having Steve to guide me and do the paperwork - I can't say enough. When I came across this realtor's rebate model, it sounded too good to be true at first glance as I never knew sharing realtor's commission was even possible out there. Although I opted to give him my business, I didn't expect much support from him considering that I knew his commission will be shared equally with me. Guess what, I was totally wrong, Steve provided me an exceptional service from start to end. He responded to my calls in timely fashion which is not a norm with most realtors I tried before decide whom to give my business. He did everything in my best interest to make sure that I get the best deal out of my purchase.
