Steve's EZ Agents model isn't for everyone - but it was definitely the right fit for my wife and me. We'd been looking in the Denver market for many years but things never seemed to quite work out with traditional real estate agents. We started working with Steve in Q4 2021 and closed on a house in mid Q2 2022. Throughout the process, Steve kept up an incredible response rate, shared helpful insights about the market and negotiations, and eventually helped us successfully purchase a house. We went with Steve because we wanted to research house details ourselves with him setting us up with an MLS search. We were pleasantly surprised with how much above and beyond Steve went with other aspects of being a buying agent. Anytime we were interested in a house he would call (and, if necessary, nag) the selling agent to get all the details about the house, including details on any offers that had been submitted. On top of that, the rebate was amazing!

Steve was an absolutely remarkable agent to work with. After coming from a tough real estate market in Chicago I was thoroughly unimpressed with a large majority of real estate agents in the Denver area that I had spoken with. I am someone who looks for value in the services they purchase and value was something that I was finally able to find with Steve. Rather than a traditional model, Steve's model is one that relies on collaboration and partnership from you as the buyer but don't think your work will go unrewarded since half of his commission check gets deducted from your total closing costs at the end anyways. Steve was a valued part of making the experience of our first home purchase seamless. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to be heavily involved with their own homebuying process.
