I can't say enough about the positive experience working with Steve. He is a true professional, and he provides tremendous service as real estate agent. He was available and responsive at all times during a fast-paced, rapidly changing buying process, including countless showing appointments, multiple offers, contract terminations, and finally negotiating with a stubborn corporate seller. His program is a fantastic fit for those who have more experience with the home-buying process, though there will be no sacrifice in service. In fact, I would argue that Steve provides a higher caliber of service than most real estate agents I have known. What a fantastic and seamless home buying experience!

Working with Steve went exactly as he said it would: We identified houses we wanted to tour using Zillow/Redfin/etc., we toured with one of Steve's contracted agents for $25, and then, when we wanted to make an offer, Steve did all the usual agent stuff like negotiate the offer, handle the paperwork, coordinate with the lender and title company, and walk you through the process. At purchase, his credit was applied to our closing costs. We used it to buy down points. Steve is straightforward to work with. He does not come off as a salesman, and he did nothing except represent us and split the commission like he said---he didn't refer us to any lenders or tradesmen for a kickback, he didn't try to sell us anything or change any terms midstream, and he didn't ask us to sign a contract prior to making an offer on a home. I'm not sure why his business model hasn't taken over yet, but it should.

I don't typically leave reviews for someone unless he/she is exceptional, and Steve is truly exceptional. Steve is incredibly sharp and has deep knowledge of the real estate market. He understands that you're trying to find the right home at the right price, and he'll offer bits of insights that are very helpful to the decision-making process without ever coming across as pushy. I've always found it funny that in the homebuying process, there is an inherent mis-alignment of incentives because the buyer wants to pay the lowest price possible, while the agent gets more commission if the price is higher. Having said that, I always felt that Steve was looking at the situation from what would be in my own best interest, and I greatly appreciate that. I will also say that Steve is incredible at execution - I'm a detail-oriented person and Steve has followed through and executed on every single detail that he said he would. All in all, it's an absolute pleasure working with Steve and I'd highly recommend him.
