I worked with Stephen Kuttner on selling my Condo. Mr. Kuttner arrived and immediately had suggestions for minor repairs and clean up for the condo and pricing. We worked very well together and any assistants he needed, or I, was given promptly. The condo was sold within a few weeks. After the minor repairs and clean up Mr. Kuttner came to take the picture and posted the picture and a digital layout of the condo. Stephen is extra ordinary he is very experienced in his field . He is kind he will always answer all my questions ,help with all the paper work .Stephen will give you his time at any time . There is so much to say but not enough space ,He is the best.
