Steve did an excellent job from beginning to end. I liked his thoroughness with the whole process. He even had a welcome packet for me when I met with him for the first time explaining in detail the home buying process and what his services entailed. That really created an amazing first impression on me. Moreover, throughout the arduous house hunting journey, he was always available to show me homes - during the day, early mornings, evenings, weekends, etc. He put my needs first. He quickly responded to my texts, calls or emails. I am a very inquisitive person and he had the patience to answer all of my questions. The fact that Steve was available to show me homes during weekends was important to me because I’m very busy during the week. He didn’t mind showing me 3 or 4 homes in a row. Lastly, the closing process went very smoothly and I attributed to Steve’s constant communication with my lender, selling agent and title company. I’m now a new homeowner because of great professionals like Steve.
