I cannot say enough about how helpful Stephanie was during our home buying experience. She went above and beyond for us from start to finish. She was very knowledgable, and if she didn't know the answer she requested input from her entire team - no ego, she just wanted to get us the best deal and overall experience, which was highly appreciated. She was very thorough in her explanations for us first time home buyers and always reachable with quick response time. She is also very knowledgable of the area (Goleta native) and had so many helpful connections. Let me emphasize the above and beyond, some small examples: taking us to see the same house after hours multiple times, sending progress updates daily, attending the full 3hr home inspection, scheduling and meeting maintenance people at the home multiple times while we were working, and ensuring the seller fulfilled everything in the agreement. Stephanie is a genuinely nice person with your best interest in mind and at the same time very sharp and competent. She made the long home buying process a joy!
