Stephanie went above and beyond in getting our property ready to sell, marketing the property, and finalizing the transaction. This resulted in us getting over our asking price and finished in under 6 weeks (including 5 days of remodel). We were grateful that Stephanie coordinated with a great contractor that did a ton of work for us and was half of the price we expected to pay. It was a huge savings and seamless process.
