Mr. Garner provided a service for us that exceeded our expectations. We requested a few modifications along the way to better suit our needs and the changes were made immediately. We have used him as our agent in the past and did not hesitate to request that he be included in our search for our new home. He did not put any pressure on us regarding any of the homes we viewed.
