Mr. Garner provided a service for us that exceeded our expectations. We requested a few modifications along the way to better suit our needs and the changes were made immediately. We have used him as our agent in the past and did not hesitate to request that he be included in our search for our new home. He did not put any pressure on us regarding any of the homes we viewed. He only offered his advice when asked to give his input. He was great with "Service after the sale" in terms of providing prompt responses to our requests that will help us make our transition from the state of New York back to Texas.
